The ISI Annual Meeting will take place Thursday 21st - Friday 22nd August 2025 at the University of Galway
Registration for the ISI Annual Meeting 2025 is open until venue reaches capacity
Note: we are no longer accepting abstracts for posters and conference dinner tickets are now sold out

Main programme will be held in the Large Lecture theatre (G019) of the Human Biology Building, University of Galway. Poster exhibition will be held in the O'Donoghue Theatre.

· Single Occupancy Room - €87.50 per night.
· Double Occupancy Room - €112.50 per night
· Four-Bedroom Apartment - €350.00 per night (Max. Occupancy 4)
· Six-Bedroom Apartment - €525.00 per night (Max. Occupancy 6)

Bookings can be made up to 28 days prior to the commencement of the event however, booking acceptance is strictly subject to availability on a “first come” basis so, early booking is recommended.

For those driving to the venue, please note parking restrictions are in place on campus Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.30.
Between these hours, parking in white lined spaces in the car parks on campus is allowed only if you have registered for a permit. Permits are free of charge for conference attendees and are available to book now.
All illegally parked vehicles, including cars not registered for a conference permit, will be clamped. Please provide delegates with the following steps to register:

Once registered for a parking permit, you may park in any car parks on campus within the white line spaces.
