This is a 4-year contract at the Human and Translational Immunology team, situated in Trinity Translational Medicine Institute (TTMI), is offering a PhD candidate a unique and exciting opportunity to join the Basdeo lab in the Department of Clinical Medicine. Contract includes 4 years of tuition fees, tax-free stipend of €16,650 per annum. Full registration fees (EU and non-EU) are covered.
This PhD project aims to understand how the lung environment influences and is influenced by human Th17 lineage cells in order to better understand Th17 lineage dysfunctionality in context of pathological inflammation in the lung.
