Gastrointestinal Biobank Manager at Trinity College


The gastrointestinal biobank manager will play a core role across GI translational cancer projects in the Trinity St. James’s Cancer Institute.

These posts will be directly linked with:

  • The identification of patients suitable for consenting to translational research studies

  • Co-ordinating all tissue and blood sample collections

  • Directing biobanking activities

  • Involved in all ethical, data protection, data management and sample/data sharing document preparations.

  • Applications must have excellent organisational and time management skills and be confident in working with clinical teams.
