The ISI offers six travel bursaries per year to ISI Members whose work has been accepted for presentation at an immunologically relevant meeting. The Society aims to promote Irish immunology research at international meetings through this process. Bursary applications are reviewed in March and October of each year.

ELIGIBILTY & APPLICATION PROCESS

ISI TRAVEL BURSARIES

To apply for an ISI bursary you need be a current post-graduate or post-doctoral member of the ISI and should e-mail the ISI Secretary the following documents:

(1) A copy of your abstract.
(2) Written evidence that your abstract has been accepted for a poster/oral presentation at your meeting of interest.
(3) A letter from your supervisor supporting your bursary application.

Successful ISI bursary applicants are asked to contribute an article and figure for inclusion on the ISI Website / ISI Newsletter before being issued with their bursary.
